Before the window
Withdraw cash, pay bills or send money before 12:30 AM on Saturday if it cannot wait until 4:30 AM. Because the corporate website is also part of the maintenance, the advisory itself may not open during the window.
A transfer sent to a BankCom account from another bank or e-wallet may not show in BankCom [Personal] until the app is back. Keep the sender’s reference number and check again after 4:30 AM before sending a second time.
BankCom’s PESONet processing times on banking days are on BankCom PESONet cut-off. Its SWIFT code and PayPal bank code are on Bank of Commerce SWIFT code.
Warning Maintenance notices are a common hook for phishing. BankCom’s advisory asks for nothing from clients. Never give your OTP, PIN or password to anyone who calls or messages about “account updates” during a maintenance window.
