How paid content is labelled on zpeso, and who may pay for it.

Short answer Paid content is labelled Sponsored, links in it are marked as sponsored, and it never appears inside our reference tables. We accept it only from entities licensed or registered in the Philippines for what they offer.

How sponsored content looks

  • It carries a visible Sponsored label.
  • Every outbound link in it is marked rel="sponsored".
  • It is kept separate from reference pages. Fee tables, code lists and comparisons are never sponsored and never ordered by payment.
  • Sponsored pieces are a small share of what we publish.

Who may sponsor

Only entities licensed or registered in the Philippines for the service they promote:

  • banks, electronic money issuers and remittance or money service businesses supervised by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP);
  • virtual asset service providers registered with the BSP;
  • foreign remittance providers with a Philippine licence or a licensed Philippine partner.

We check the regulator’s register before we accept a piece.

What we always refuse

  • Gambling, including online sabong.
  • Loans and lending apps.
  • Unlicensed exchanges and investment schemes.
  • “Earning apps”.

Facts in sponsored content

Figures in sponsored pieces must link to an official source, like everything else on the site. A sponsor cannot change a figure on any other page.
