How to report an outdated fee or a wrong code, and how we fix it.
Short answer If a fee, limit or code on zpeso is wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page with the page and, if you can, the official source. We check it at the source and fix the page.
How to report
Send us, through the contact form:
- the page address;
- the figure or code that is wrong;
- a link to the official page that shows the correct value, if you have one.
Please do not send account numbers, PINs, one-time passwords or screenshots of your balance.
What we do
- We open the official source and check the figure.
- If it changed or we got it wrong, we update the page and its “checked” date.
- When a correction changes a fee, limit or code that readers may have relied on, we say so on the page in a short note with the date of the correction.
- News items keep their original date; a correction is added as a note at the end.
What we do not change
We do not change a figure because an institution or a reader asks us to, unless an official source supports the change.
