RCBC and the Development Bank of the Philippines have told customers that InstaPay transfers will be unavailable overnight on September 23 and 24, 2026, for scheduled system maintenance. RCBC’s window covers Pulz, One Corporate, Boz and DiskarTech and runs from 11:00 PM PHT on Wednesday, September 23 to 1:00 AM PHT on Thursday, September 24. DBP has published two separate windows across the same nights.

Transfers during the downtime
RCBC’s advisory says: “For your fund transfer needs, you may use PESONet.” PESONet is a batch rail that settles on banking days instead of in real time, and each bank sets its own cut-off, so money sent during these late hours will not arrive at once. Scope of the maintenance
Only RCBC and DBP have published advisories for these hours. Neither describes a network-wide InstaPay or BancNet outage, and no network-wide maintenance for September 23 and 24 is confirmed. No advisory from another bank or e-wallet names the same hours.
