GCash to Maya and back: the fee each way, what to enter and the limits, from GCash’s and Maya’s own pages.
Short answer GCash and Maya are separate e-wallets, so money between them travels by InstaPay as a bank transfer. Sending from GCash to Maya costs ₱10 per transfer, and sending from Maya to GCash also costs ₱10. It normally arrives in real time, any day, up to ₱50,000 per transfer. In both directions the “account number” is the receiver’s mobile number.

What it costs
GCash’s transfer page says bank and e-wallet transfers go “via InstaPay for real-time transfers” and that “A PHP 10 fee applies per transaction”. Maya’s help page says “A ₱10 fee is charged for every successful InstaPay transfer from your Maya account to another local bank”; GCash is an InstaPay participant, so it is reached through that same Bank transfer menu. The BSP’s summary of digital transfer fees records ₱10 for G-Xchange (GCash) from July 4, 2026 and ₱10 for Maya Philippines (the Maya wallet) from July 6, 2026.
| Direction | Fee | Rail | Arrives | Source |

| Maya > Bank transfer > GCash | ₱10 per successful transfer | InstaPay | Real-time | Maya · BSP |

The receiver pays nothing: InstaPay fees are charged by the sending institution only. The fee is flat, so one ₱20,000 transfer costs ₱10 and four ₱5,000 transfers cost ₱40. Maya Bank, the savings account, is a separate participant from the Maya wallet; the BSP sheet lists ₱10 for it as well. Fees at every other bank and e-wallet are on InstaPay and PESONet transfer fees.
How much you can send
Three limits apply at once: the ₱50,000 InstaPay cap on each transfer, the sender’s outgoing limit and the receiver’s incoming or wallet limit.
| Limit | Basic | Upgraded | Super Users | Ultimate Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maya InstaPay sending | — | ₱50,000 a day, ₱100,000 a month, 40 a month | ₱50,000 a day, ₱500,000 a month, 80 a month | ₱50,000 a day, ₱5,000,000 a month |
| Maya wallet balance, monthly | ₱50,000 | ₱100,000 | ₱500,000 | ₱5,000,000 |
| Maya InstaPay receiving | ₱50,000 per transfer | ₱50,000 per transfer | ₱50,000 per transfer | ₱50,000 per transfer |
Maya says incoming transfers count against the combined monthly wallet balance limit: a Basic user who has already received ₱10,000 in a month can receive only ₱40,000 more that month. On the GCash side, a Fully Verified user can send up to ₱500,000 a day, within ₱1,000,000 a month, and a Basic user ₱5,000 a month (GCash ↗ · ); every GCash profile is on GCash limit by profile.
