The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) announced the waiver in an advisory dated July 23, 2026, headed “DBP Waives InstaPay Transfer Fee starting August 15, 2026”, and the same effective date appears in the DBP footnote of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) fee table.

LandBank, the other large state bank, made both rails free on July 7, 2026, and its waiver extends to Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank) clients worldwide.
