Maya fees by transaction

Maya publishes its fees as a “Table of Fees and Charges” inside its terms and conditions, and says it gives 30 days’ notice before a fee changes (Maya ↗). Cash in means adding money to the wallet; cash out means taking it out as cash.

The BSP’s own summary of transfer fees lists the same ₱10 for Maya Philippines, Inc., with the note that InstaPay fees for individual clients “lower to P10.00 effective 6 July 2026”, and marks PESONet sending as a service not available to individual Maya clients (BSP ↗ · ). The change was covered at the time in Maya cuts its InstaPay fee to ₱10.

Maya’s cash-in page states the same threshold: cash in is free at select partners “as long as it is within the Php 8,000 monthly threshold”, after which “a convenience fee of 2% will be deducted from the amount of your credited balance” (Maya ↗). To add money from another bank, send to “Maya Philippines, Inc./Maya Wallet” with your registered name as the account name and your 11-digit Maya mobile number as the account number. To claim a Western Union or Remitly transfer sent from overseas, see Receive money from abroad in Maya.

Maya’s terms state the inactivity charge in two places, a flat ₱30 a month in section 11 and “1% of the current balance, at a maximum of PhP 30.00” in the fee table, so read the notice Maya sends before the fee starts. Maya says an inactive account may be zeroed out by the fee and then closed, after at least 30 days’ notice.
