What the sender needs
BDO’s instructions for money credited to a BDO deposit account list the beneficiary bank with the SWIFT code, the beneficiary name, which BDO says “should be the account name of the client”, the BDO deposit account number, and the amount and purpose of the transfer (BDO ↗ · ).

That address is the principal office BDO gives in its own stockholders-meeting information statement (BDO ↗ · ). Sending banks also differ in what they ask for at all: GoTyme Bank’s help page tells customers that some banks want the receiving bank’s registered address or a correspondent bank code and that the sender should confirm which (GoTyme Bank ↗ · ). Where a form asks for a branch, use the branch address on your own BDO account documents.
Routing number, IBAN and the BRSTN
Two codes get mixed up here. BNORPHMM is the SWIFT/BIC a foreign bank uses to route a wire to BDO. The BRSTN is a domestic nine-digit bank code: Upwork defines it as the Bank Routing Symbol Transit Number and asks for “your bank’s head office BRSTN code”, and both Upwork’s table and PayPal’s Philippine list print 010530667 for BDO, listed as Banco De Oro (Upwork ↗ · PayPal ↗ · ). There is no IBAN to give: GoTyme Bank states that “Philippine banks, including GoTyme Bank, do not use the IBAN system” (GoTyme Bank ↗ · ). A sender abroad with a routing-number or IBAN field to fill has the SWIFT code to work with.
Receiving from PayPal and Upwork
Neither platform wires money through SWIFT to a peso account; both credit it locally and both ask for the BRSTN of BDO’s head office, which you pick or enter when you add the bank account.

The name on the account decides whether the credit lands. PSBank, documenting the same PayPal withdrawal into one of its own accounts, says the request is rejected when the first name and surname on the PayPal account differ from the bank account name (PSBank ↗ · ).

USD correspondent banks
BDO’s instructions tell the sender to “Visit any of BDO’s Correspondent Bank abroad” (BDO ↗ · ). Some Philippine banks print their USD correspondents: PSBank lists accounts at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, BNY and Metrobank New York (PSBank ↗ · ), and Asia United Bank lists correspondent accounts at Wells Fargo, Standard Chartered, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America (AUB ↗ · ). If a sending bank insists on an intermediary for BDO, ask BDO for it.
